fawdda.com takes full responsibility for exchanging or completely refunding items that arrive damaged, possess a manufacturing defect, or do not match the item ordered.
The customer must report the issue to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage.
In such instances, fawdda.com will cover all return shipping, pickup, and replacement costs.
- Processing and Return Shipping Fees
If a return or exchange is initiated solely due to a change of mind or personal preference (with no fault or defect from the store), the customer will bear the full cost of the return shipping fee as well as the initial shipping fee (if applicable).
The Site reserves the right to deduct any fixed transaction processing fees (levied by credit card institutions or gateways) from the final refund amount if the return is caused purely by a customer’s change of mind.
