Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Geographical Scope: We offer domestic shipping within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and Turkey, alongside Express International Shipping to global destinations.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard domestic delivery takes 3 to 7 business days, while international shipping spans 7 to 14 business days, unless delayed by force majeure or customs clearance.
• Transfer of Responsibility: Our liability ends once the package is securely handed over to the courier company. At this point, a tracking number is provided to the customer to monitor shipment progress.

Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Our refund policy respects local consumer protection regulations:

• Return Window: Customers are entitled to request a return within 7 days of delivery in KSA and 14 days in Turkey, provided the product remains in its original, unopened, and pristine condition.
• Exemptions: Custom-made items, personalized goods, hygiene-sensitive products (such as cosmetics and skincare), and digital software are strictly non-returnable.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back via the original payment method within 14 business days after our facility receives and inspects the returned items.
