We offer domestic shipping solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Turkey.
We offer international Express Shipping to a broad network of global destinations, selectable during the checkout process.

Domestic Shipments (Within KSA or Turkey): Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days following successful order validation.
International Shipments: Delivery spans 7 to 14 business days, heavily contingent on destination country logistics and local customs clearings.
Note: Standard business days run Sunday through Thursday (for KSA operations) and Monday through Friday (for Turkish operations), excluding national holidays and festive breaks.

Upon hand-off of your package to the courier partner, an automated update is pushed containing your unique Tracking Number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
It remains the customer’s responsibility to monitor package progression using the tracking link provided.

fawdda.com is responsible for proper packing and handing over the goods to the carrier within the stated preparation window.
Our legal liability for item condition terminates upon courier hand-off, and the risk of loss passes to the customer once the package is signed for at the designated address.
If a package is returned to our warehouse due to a customer’s failure to answer courier calls or pick up the item, the store reserves the right to deduct all outward and return shipping fees from any subsequent refund.

Part II: Taxation & Customs Duties Policy

We practice full transparency regarding all government taxes, duties, and handling surcharges:

All domestic sales within KSA are subject to the standard 15% Value Added Tax (VAT), enforced by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
The precise VAT amount is clearly itemized and displayed right before payment confirmation.

Deliveries made within Turkey are subject to the Turkish Value Added Tax (KDV) at the statutory legal rates (1%, 10%, or 20%) applicable to the category of goods purchased, factored directly into the gross checkout price.

Customer Responsibility: For international shipments destined outside our primary fulfillment zones, the package may encounter local import taxes, customs tariffs, or inspection fees upon entry into the destination country.
fawdda.com exercises zero control over, and assumes zero liability for, these country-specific fees. They must be settled directly by the customer with the destination port authority or delivery courier.
Refusing to accept a shipment due to unexpected customs tariffs does not entitle the buyer to a full refund of shipping charges.

Digital platforms constitute the official, binding channel for all interactions, contracts, and notifications.

Creating an account, processing an order, or transmitting emails to fawdda.com implies your deliberate consent to communicate with us electronically.
You agree that all electronic contracts, legal notices, disclaimers, and messages dispatched by us electronically satisfy any statutory requirement that such communications be executed in writing.

Users will automatically receive essential transactional updates regarding their purchases, including payment receipts, digital invoices, shipping notifications, and tracking numbers. These alerts are mandatory for contract execution and cannot be disabled.
