Taxes & Customs Duties Policy

  • Saudi Arabian Market: All orders delivered within KSA are subject to a 15% Value Added Tax (VAT) in compliance with the regulations of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA).
  • Turkish Market: Orders within Turkey are subject to the Turkish Value Added Tax (KDV) at the respective applicable rates (1%, 10%, or 20%) depending on the product classification.
  • International Orders: For shipments outside of KSA and Turkey, the recipient is solely responsible for all import duties, custom clearances, and local taxes levied by the destination country.
